Hello guys.
I have problem with old Audi A4 B5. The case is when i am braking from 120 km/h or more I feel like ABS working and brake pedal goes down and feel like all car goes on left side. I checked and replaced every ABS sender ring and sensors. It sees good values from all the wheels. When I unplug fuse from ABS car works and brake good. I even changed whole pump with module and the same thing.
Maybe anyone had ever the same problem?
Can anyone give a location of G200 sensor in this car?

Hello.

A VW Passat 2004 1.8T.
The ESP and ABS is not working, and the warning light are on.

The codes i found:

65535 Internal Control Module Memory Error
I do not really know what this code is?

01316 - ABS Control Module: No Signal/Communication
Is this code most likely to be problem with wiring or the module it self?

01425 - Yaw Rate Sensor (G202) Signal Wire
Is it most likely to be a sensor or wire problem. The code say wire, but i do not know how to test it.

18256 Please check DTC Memory of Engine Controller

01420 - High Pressure Switch Valve 1 for Electronic Stability Program
This switch is located inside the ABS module to prevent to high pressure or?

Is this a common fault, with some common solutions?

Hi to all members,Car is audi q5 2015 CNHA engine 200.000kms and came with adblue fault 850k..remaining on cluster
and p204f00 reductant system performance fault on ecu..Ecu is 04l906021CK with software version 8507..Car came 2000km before with same fault and what we did was top up the adblue,software update,clean the injector- and the hole,check that it squirts adblue.Then did regeneration on road, scr tank level detection reset and reset scr lock.After driving aroud 300kms...cluster was at 500before engine will not start,it reset itself and went fine...Now it is back with same fault,so we have to take it from start again...Do have vcds and odis...Has anyone solved that fault and which parts usually fail?..I would like to make this post as solved with your help as well as i have heard and read it seems like common fault...

Hi all,
I have an Octavia II with CAYC engine and NTT (DSG) transmission that will not crank.
There are no fault codes.
If I power the J682 relay (starter relay terminal 50) the engine cranks but doesn't start.
P/N test in transmission is OK.
If I run the J519 (central electrics module) terminal 50 test in GFF I only get two of the values to change to ON.
The CAN out Terminal 50 always reads off.
Terminal 75 test does the same.
Terminal 15 and 30 both test correct.
Any ideas welcome.

Hi everyone.

I have an Audi A3 2008 1.9 TDI diesel, engine code BLS.
This car came in as sort of non runner, big ends gone, i put a short motor to repair this, i road tested car everything fine done about 25 miles, gave car to customer, he came back 70 miles later with glow plug light flashing and DPF light on. I set it to regen in VCDS, took for road test but it failed to regen.
I noticed that soot content was 100%, i took particulate filter off and washed it out, refit back to vehicle and took for road test with regen activated which failed.
Soot content went from 100% down to 42% but it still would not regen. I replaced DPF pressure sensor and put DPF cleaner into it and reset to regen but failed again. I noticed that the temperatures do not go up high to confirm regen.
Any one have any ideas why i am having this problem?

Good evening AP members!

It’s been awhile since I participated in the forum, I’ve had a long break from cars but I’m back to repairing daily now so I’ll be active once again.

I have a 2007 Audi A4 Cabriolet 2.0 FSI in today, I’m trying to install and program a USED engine ECU.
I have extracted the immo pin ok from the old and new (used) ECU's using Autel Maxisys elite.

Using VCDS and following their online guide I’m going into 01 Engine Electronics then Security Access, enter code of used ECU which is accepted then Adaptations and enter Channel 50 to align the immobilizer but it’s just states error.

The ECU is a MED9.1 part number 8E1 910 115 A
I’m assuming it’s immo 4 on this model as it has a immo challenge rather than ID.

I’ve done this process lots of time before on various VAG successfully.

Any ideas guys?

Hi,

Trying to figure out an issue with a friends transporter T5.
It’s a Volkswagen/Transporter 2009, 2.5 TDi Diesel, 130HP engine code BNZ. Covered approx 140K.

Basically it’s struggling to start sometimes, sounds like it’s turning over really fast and then eventually it fires. It also on occasion when slowing down to a junction, just dies and is then a pig to start. And also when driving sometimes it feels under powered and almost feels like it’s misfiring.
I’ve scanned it multiple times with my Snap On scanner and no codes show up at all.

Anybody any experience with these engines? Any ideas/suggestions?

I don’t want to start changing parts out, unless I’m certain. I’m suspecting crankshaft sensor, but with no codes I’m a little dubious.

Hi!
Both lights driving work ok, but in dashboard i have this error and i not know how to erase.
Car is Octavia 2 facelift, 2010, engine 1.4 16V with 80CP. I bought the car from Germany.
I erase with VCDS 15.7 all errors...

Hi guys,

Got a 2009 Passat CC that has had a new steering wheel clock ring from VW.
Reason being is the horn and steering wheel controls were not working.
Since replacing it’s still not working.
I'm using a Snap On Verus Pro in expert mode. I go to steering wheel electronics and can’t find any option to code in a new clock spring.
Quite new to using the expert mode, so please excuse my stupidity. I've gone through a few of the options and can’t see anything relating to the clock spring.
Only the steering wheel control module, which is underneath the column.

Is there something I'm missing?

The fault still coming back is 01426 - Controls in Steering Wheel (E221): No Signal/Communication

Anybody know what I’m doing wrong? My thoughts are the module underneath is at fault.

Hello all.

Help need, this car has the battery light on in the dash all the time, it stop as be on at idle and going off at higher rpm but now on all the time.
It has had a (from Bosch) recon boxed Bosch alternator fitted and wiring from alternator to battery checked, reads 14.9V at alternator and 14.7V at battery.
Wire on LIN wire ok and duty cycle changing at alternator and battery monitor unit (where wire goes).
No fault codes and live data in battery monitor control unit seems normal and changes with load on battery, lights on etc.
Has original battery still AGM unit.

Any ideas please?

I have 2002 1.2 Polo that needs a engine software update.
I tried several times using ODIS-E using Ford VCM II and genuine VAS5054A and failed. See attachments.
Tried ODIS-S online and offline same thing, failed with error.
All above under Windows 10.

Then I used my CF-53 with Windows 7 again both ODIS's fail. Look at screen shots and you will see the error.
Car is still alive, just won't start the flashing.

Has anyone got an idea why this is happening?

I did a video of one of the procedures which I can give the link if anyone wants to see it.

Hello friends.

I have a big problem and do not be solved.
I have a VW Arteon that comes from an accident. They have fixed it all the sheet. But the car is dead. No lights, nothing works. Only the centralized closure works, and when putting the contact the steering wheel is discovered. But nothing works. I have no diagnosis with any unit. Only with the gateway. I have checked all the fuses and are correct. If you bridge relay 15, I can connect with several modules. But the car does not start or light only.
Someone can help me or advise? I'm lost.

I have original ODIS, but as it does not connect with motor unit. I can not do anything.
The motor unit i have checked it with K-Tag and I have been able to read data without problems.

Had this Seat Leon in the other day from another dealer to have me remove component protection after they renewed the screen.
So all I did was remove the component protection and all seems to go ok.
However they called me later and said now the Satnav is not showing. I can't see how just by removing CP would cause any issue with Satnav not showing.
No any clue, any ideas? Anyone else had any issue like this before?

The car was just sold to the customer on Thursday without getting me to remove the CP, then obviously he returned the car to the dealer on Friday because his radio was not working and component protection active was showing on the screen and no sound. Noticed on the initial diagnostic scan (before I did any work on the car) there was a few faults in 5F mentioning check SVM and also noticed CP active at the same time there was fault in the anti-theft system, seems to be a rabbit off here!
Don't know why the screen was replaced, I will ask the question as to why tomorrow...
Getting the car back in on Tuesday for me to look at. I think they are just pulling a fast one with me and I don't think I'm getting the full story.

Any suggestions appreciated.
