Hi everyone,

I need your experience in my issue.

Last week a VW Polo 6R 1.6 TDi CAYB DSG arrived in safe mode (BUT working) condition with fault code:

7462 - EGR Valve (N18)
P0403 00 [101] - Malfunction

Customer brought me a used one EGR and after installation I have new fault code with both EGR solenoids:
7343 - EGR Sensor 2
P0407 00 [032] - Signal too Low

After testing the wiring, plugging-unplugging and swapping EGR solenoids trying to find the problem, the car won't start. It cranks but won't start!
I have checked: Fuses, ECU Communication OK (only P0407 fault code in Engine ECU), Crank Sensor works, Fuel Supply to Injectors OK.
I think ECU doesn't activate injectors but I don't know how check for pulse without oscilloscope. With ignition ON is there any voltage supply to check?
I think injectors are Siemens Piezo.

Hi all,
I have an Octavia II with CAYC engine and NTT (DSG) transmission that will not crank.
There are no fault codes.
If I power the J682 relay (starter relay terminal 50) the engine cranks but doesn't start.
P/N test in transmission is OK.
If I run the J519 (central electrics module) terminal 50 test in GFF I only get two of the values to change to ON.
The CAN out Terminal 50 always reads off.
Terminal 75 test does the same.
Terminal 15 and 30 both test correct.
Any ideas welcome.

Lads can anyone who uses ETKA tell the right ECU I need for this VW Transporter T6?
I write file today but x17 has let me down and its stuck in loop and none tool can get it out. Even ODIS fails.
The part number is 04L906056ka
HW: 04L 907 445 or is that all l need?

P2293 - Fuel Regulator/Pressure To Low
P0087 - Fuel Rail/Fuel Pressure Too Low

Already done:
New HPFP (OEM).
New fuel pressure regulator on HPFP (G410).
New fuel rail pressure sensor (orange one).
New Fuel filter (OEM).
New Cam Follower cam shaft shows little of wear.
Fuel rail pressure isn’t getting above 7 bar for whatever reason.
Mechanical gauge shows 80PSI (5.5 bar) when hooked to a shredder valve on HPFP, and when hooked in line before HPFP shows 50 PSI (3.4 bar).
Measuring blocks 103.1 shows 6.5 bar. When the engine is off for some reason the rail pressure is climbing up to 121 bar in approximately 10 mins.
As soon as i start the car the rail pressure dropped down to 7 bar and no change no mater of the engine rpm.
When G410 removed from HPFP and engine of measuring blocks 103.1 shows 1.13 bar.

Anyone who needs radio codes from dump for Blaupunkt RCD 310/510 by dump can use this thread.
The only thing you need to do is read NEC. D70fxx & eeprom.
Put dump here and I will try to give you the radio code.

Hi Guys,

Maybe someone banged his head on this before.
Car is a Skoda Fabia 2012, 1.2 TDI CR with 3 pistons.
ECU Delphi DCM 3.7
Part No SW: 03P 906 021 AN HW: 03P 906 021 AN
Component: R3 1.2 DCM3.7 H09
SW Version : 9980

Problem: Car is stalling, giving error on Camshaft sensor.
Changed sensor. No more sensor error.

New Problem: Error on Injector one.
Changed Injector.
Problem remains but sporadic.

Car will not rev up, will only rev 1000-1500 rpm then die.
If I disconnect the N75 and try to rev it right after start it will rev up to 3000 rpm and round, but then runs in default mode.

Downgraded software to 5887, thinking Diesel Gate problem.
New problem appears: 15536 - EGR Sensor 1 & P0405 00 [039] - Signal too Low
Made EGR OFF.
Now RPM goes up to 3000 rpm and when reaching 3000 rpm will start fluctuating between 2500-3000 rpm.
When COLD, car runs like nothing wrong in the world, as soon as it gets a bit warm AND you stop at a cross road... dies and will not rev up.
Sometimes and only sometimes, will give error again on injector 1.
Checked wiring, all ok.
ECU changed, ok
One thing I noticed when logging sensors, the CAMSHAFT sensor (that we changed and is new), when car idle will always fluctuate between 800-1400 rpm when at idle.
When flowered at 3000 rpm will fluctuate between 3-5800 rpm.
Can I have still a bad camshaft sensor or what the heck is the problem?

Hi,

Yesterday we serviced a 2009 VW Scirocco 2.0TSi with 02E DSG and we noticed a DSG oil leak coming from Mechatronics unit's main connector/plug.
The oil coming from connector's inside (from pins) not outside. So I think that this isn't O-ring Housing problem.
Is there anyway to seal the connector without replace the whole Mechatronics unit? Has anyone fix any similar issue?

Hi to all!

I was many months in deep "sleep", because now I and my family live in Bulgaria!
Question:
In pictures are more infos about the car and faults code.
Someone have the same problem?
The engine becomes misfire but dont't go in limp mode and the ESP light is ON.
The car will come to me next week for deeper investigation!

Hello all
Customer has 2012 Seat Altea and the horn is not working, aslo airbag light is on.
Has been told by another garage that it needs the airbag squib unit under the steering wheel. He has been told by this garage and the main dealer that it requires programming / coding online, is this correct?
I thought VCDS could adapt / code this unit, can someone confirm that it can please, have had a quick look on Vagcom wilki and it i am reading it correctly then yes vcds can do it.

Car came into my workshop with MIL on and AdBlue countdown at 190 KM (photo)

From VCDS scan:

15733 - SCR NOx Catalyst Bank 1 P20EE 00 [237] - Efficiency too Low
MIL ON - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear

Fault code clear ok and now it seems impossible to reset AdBlue countdown, I try basic setting:

IDE04567-Resetting of SCR tank level detection
IDE02703-Reset learned values quant. meter.unit and press.contr. valve
IDE04730-Reset SCR lock

I drive the car for 40 km and still the same...
No fault codes now! Of course, AdBlue tank is full!
What to do to reset AdBlue countdown?
Please help.

I have a VW Polo 2018 Vin AAVZZZAWZJU038426. The vehicle has been in a accident and now the power steering has stopped working. The faults I'm getting in is: Steering Assistance P1609 - Collision cut has been triggered. In Airbag U1123 - Fault value received by the data bus and in Brakes - U0428 - Steering angle sensor Untrusted singal, the steering angle sensor is calibrated and initialized. So i know that in the older Polo's you put in the security code and adaptation and the steering starts to work once more but I have done this and it switches from active to inactive. Can anyone help me with this as i have heard from a friend that you need to rewrite the eeprom on the steering before it can work again? Thanks

Hi Guys,

Above vehicle, got rough idle & 5" vacuum at idle.
Compression check 165 - 171 all cylinders.
Smoke tested, very small leak can't see anything.
EGR new 5 months ago but tested & shutting off completely.
Cam belt timing checked, perfect.
Cam chain & VVT pulley replaced.
Oil & filter, spark plugs replaced.
Any help appreciated.

Hello Guys,

I am working on this car, customer has replaced the A/C panel, He brought it to us for programming. via TV my contact has programmed the ac panel.The problem is on the screen/MMI when it is suppose to display the Ac temperature/air flap position there is nothing. Any idea on what needs to be done to rectify?.
