Skoda Octavia 2015 1.6 04E906057AF ECU Replace

I have Skoda Octavia 2015 1.6 petrol engine.
I need Engine Control Unit for this car, 04E906057AF.

I didn't find this part, can i get another ECU and flash it with correct S/W for this car?
