Got here a 2005 Seat Altea with BLR engine, it had a few codes (see scan), the code that keeps re-appearing is:
18669 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1
P2237 - 001 - Pump Current Open Circuit - MIL ON
Its had a new Bosch O2 fitted, all wiring checked to ECU and all good.
Most other codes were caused by intake air leak, the 19490 was sensor unplugged, they've been fixed.
I know there is new software 7227 available, could 18669 be software related?
