Skoda DTC P0101 After ECU Flash

Hi.
Dears, I have tested your flash files Skoda Flash Disk (12.2016) for the following ECU:

AG 9972
NF 9978
LP 9979
LR 9977

All were successful in flashing, but after that a DTC was exist:
P0101 - Mass or Volume Air Flow A Circuit Range/Performance.
I have tried with several solutions: Replaced the MAF it self several times, check electric wire, everything was 100%.
Then after thinking awhile, I have downgrade the software to 9972, DTC gone and never back again.
