Seat Alhambra 1999 2.0 Engine Stops When Warm

I got a 1999 Seat Alhambra 2.0 with ADY engine, the one with 1 coil with built in ignition amp and distributor.
When it got up to normal temp it cut out, just like turning the key and wouldnt start until it cooled off.
Scoped king lead, injector, crank sensor and coil control signal.
Crank signal went away when it got warm so replaced the crank sensor.
Now when it gets warm it starts to misfire and eventually cuts out.
Crank signal is good but the ignition coil control signal goes away and then come back in groups of 5 after each other very close.
The control signal is a square wave but it only has 7 volts.
Is that right? Shouldn't it be 5 volts or 12 volts (battery)?
Starting to wonder if the ignition driver in the ECU may be on its way out.
Anyone seen this before?
