Audi A4 2.0 2012 NON Start & DTC P3054

Hi! I have just checked 2012 Audi A4 2.0 CBLC Diesel engine for non start in an other garage! The car came to them with failed clutch slave cylinder and non start. They have replaced the cylinder and bleeded the clutch but the car still does not start via stop start button and when the clutch is pressed! The fault is P3054 starter motor jummed or electrical fault and coil light is flashing! Checked with ODIS GFF and found that at the starter relay is not getting/activating 12 V to activate solenoid? Checked all fuses ok. Also when I read value of clutch position is 0.09%. I am bit puzzled with this one! Please help if you can!
