Vw Golf MK7 2013 My no comms to transmission and stuck in P

Hello Guys
This car belongs to my sister, she has it since new. The problem is I have no coms to the TCM and obviously I have no gears. I have checked the wiring to the tcm, powers/grounds/ign and all is OK. I am thinking the mechatronic unit is faulty. I just want the opinion of fellow members on how to repair this car as economical as possible. Please view the attached VCDS log.
