Skoda Octavia 2005 2.0 TSi Rough Idle

Hi Guys,

Above vehicle, got rough idle & 5" vacuum at idle.
Compression check 165 - 171 all cylinders.
Smoke tested, very small leak can't see anything.
EGR new 5 months ago but tested & shutting off completely.
Cam belt timing checked, perfect.
Cam chain & VVT pulley replaced.
Oil & filter, spark plugs replaced.
Any help appreciated.
