2008 Golf TDi BKE Air Valve V157 fault
I had this Golf in not starting with P1303 V157 air valve fault, I found throttle air valve jammed shut, I forced it open cleared code and all was fine, replaced Air valve throttle body cleaned and check EGR function, a week later it is back with exact same fault. I have ordered in new wiring and terminal kit for throttle body assuming a poor connection maybe causing it to stay shut but just wondered if any else had experience a similar problem. I have had problems with these stripping plastic teeth but never with sticking shut! This time when it came back there were also two glow plug faults which were not apparent last week.![tauri]( "tauri")
