VW T5 fault codes

Hello everyone,

I have a transporter T5 2006 1.9pd and the fault code reader is throwing up 4 faults.
I recently changed the cylinder head and head gasket(new of course with studs) from another T5 in my garage.

I have swapped all injectors over plus cam pulley and injector wiring but the van refuses to fire.

The fault codes are 161a 161c 161d
05658 05660 05661
and:
3008
12296

I wrote them above and below each other because they seem to relate to one and other. I think the 3008 code is cam sensor but the others are a mystery.
