Skoda Fabia 2011 Turbo Charger Issue

I have a Skoda Fabia 2011 CBZA with an mechaical error from turbo charger.
I found a TPI 2028822. I should do a spacer washer between the actuator and make a update.

I have software 03F906070ED_1350 but for this index no newer soft. But if you need a new ECU the number ist 03F906070HH.

Anyone knows if i can flash the Index HH without problems?

At the moment i don't have an AutoScan.
